The Division of Medical Psychology, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy stands for the biopsychosocial medicine we perform every day. When patients are put at the heart of optimal cutting-edge treatment, they are perceived in their current physical, psychological and social reality, and all dimensions of health are taken into account during medical treatment. Our multiprofessional team is dedicated to reaching this goal in patient care, research and teaching in cooperation with all hospital departments on site.
We teach the curriculum in practice-oriented and digital teaching formats. Our main research areas include biopsychosocial clinical trials and stress and salutogenesis research. The division is structured into psychosomatic/psychotherapy consultation services, clinical psychology services, a general psychotherapy clinic and special cooperation areas with divisions and centers.
